Bale ties are supplied in standard cut lengths with single-loop options; box wire ships in 50-lb and 100-lb cartons for easy baler loading; stand (stem) wire is available on large payoff stands for 24/7 operations; straight-and-cut tying wire can be provided in job-specific lengths to eliminate on-site cutting.

Match gauge to bale density and break strength requirements (OCC and plastics typically need heavier gauges), and choose finish by environment: black annealed for smooth tying and high ductility in dry interiors; galvanized where moisture, outdoor storage, or corrosives are present.
